Parys Primary School invites interested parties to submit proposals for operating the school tuck shop from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. The successful service provider will operate at their own risk and cost, including stock management and cash control, from the tuck shop premises on school property.

Important Information:

• Compulsory documentation: Contact details, ID, CV, police clearance, tax clearance, health certificates, and a comprehensive business plan (download documentation below).
• Viewing of premises: By appointment only.
• Submission deadline: 20 March 2025 at 14:30 at the Secretary’s office. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Tender envelope: No identification on the envelope to avoid disqualification.
• Notification of outcome: By 24 March 2025 at 17:00.
